Lawrence has 35 years of project design and management experience with a focus on municipal engineering, coastal engineering and derailment protection works. He has successfully integrated his extensive technical knowledge with strong client and municipal liaison skills to create and implement sustainable and lasting projects.

Significant projects include utility design and service relocation for the Brookfield Place Pedestrian Tunnel at the intersection of Bay Street and Front Street in Toronto, design of site services and a 235 slip marina for the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Doha, Qatar and grading, stormwater management and site servicing work for the Toronto Catholic District School Board, Toronto District School Board, York Region School Board, as well as Seneca College, Humber College and the University of Toronto.

Recent residential development projects include Westown Subdivision at Sheppard Avenue and Weston Road (Lindvest Properties / H&R Developments),  and South Village in Newmarket (Forest Green Homes).  In preparation of the  residential development of a waterfront site in Whitby (Brookfield Homes), Lawrence is responsible for the design of the reconstruction of Brock Street and the design of a steel sheet pile wall, coastal analysis, shoreline protection as well as flood plain modeling and analysis of Pringle Creek.

Lawrence is committed to delivering high quality and cost effective civil engineering services including the design and construction supervision of site servicing and road construction, lot grading, derailment protection and stormwater management.
